Default Fothermuck.

So late last night I was playing around with my Miata, and apparently the way I drive pissed off an angry redneck in an SUV who decided to swerve into me causing me to smash into the curb breaking my steering linkage and killing my alignment. Luckily I was able to limp home manually turning the disconnected wheel at every turn. Goddamnit, now I've got a 90 with rod knock put back into comission and my DD sitting on the street in front of my house.

fornicate!.

That seems to hapen to me all the time. Exept I swerve out of the way.

I think anyone in a big suv will mess with a miata just for the fact that it is a miata.

Anyways, yea that sux. You better have gotten his plates! Call them in for drunk driving, hit and run, ext!

No that happens to me all the time too, and I swerve out of the way because usually they only swerve like a foot in my direction just to scare me, but this one actually went into my lane and if I stayed there, I would have been hit. The thing is, he was always behind me and didn't even try to show like he would do such a thing. When I hit the curb I instantly felt my steering loosen so I looked down at the steering wheel and when I looked up, he was already too far away to get a plate.

Oh well, I'll get in touch with my insurance agent Monday to see what he can do.

That's not really true. I have a miata and a tahoe. The guy that tried to run you off the road was a dumbass. If it happens again, make sure you get the plate and report them to the cops. I would even file a report them, as 'just letting them know' does nothing.

Never swerve into a curb. If they are comming over on you make sure they contact you. That way it's their insurance paying for the damage. I've also been known to swerve back at them causing them to jump curbs or end up in the ditch. they never expect it from us "gay men in little cars". needle dicked idiots.

I have the Miatas and a big lifted Jeep. If you were driving like an *** before they swerved towards you, who was the real idiot here???? I once had some dumb chick swerve into my lane and run into the tires on the Jeep. Left tire marks on the side of her car. I followed her to the campus parking lot and asked her why she was driving like that, she said "driving like what?". Then I showed her the tire marks on the side of her car and she gave me some dumb look.

jesus, i just had a guy come after me today on ******* foot! people are ******* nuts!!!

i was driving behind this dude he was going about 45 in a 45 then he takes this turn... same turn i am going on. but then he starts going like 25 and the road is still 45 so i pass him (illegally) and proceed into my friends neighborhood. he ******* follows me hauling *** to catch up to me and gets on my *** in the neighborhood. so i show my lights and he swerves infront of me and slams on his brakes and parks it and comes out after me..... so i threw it into reverse cause he was running and j turned it and took off..... i think i need a hand gun.

LOL, what the ****?

God damn dude, thats pretty fucked up... reminds me of this video i saw on youtube, these dumbass rednecks are following this z3, while its in convertable form and yelling at him calling him a *** etc. The rednecks are the one with the camera, then the guy turns down a long twisty dirt like road, and the dumbass guys that are following him are like "oh we can play this game with our 4x4!" anyways, long story short the z3 goes to a dead end, the guys get out of their truck with baseball bats, the z3 guy pulls a gun, takes their camera, truck keys, and tells them that there keys will be at the end of the 5 mile road they just went down, and that they should get walking now.

******* halarious.

True story on why its useful to keep something in your car:

I was driving my eclipse GSX through a parking lot and someone was driving down the wrong side of the road, so I gave him a lil warning by skimming right past him. Well he somehow came back around and cut me off and blocked the lane out of the lot, and him and his buddy got out of the car. Well unfortunately for this gentlemen myself and my other large friend were heading to softball practice with our gear in the car. When we got out of our car to discuss the situation with our bats they decided to get back in their car and leave. Point being, it could have been a bad situation, so it seems beneficial to keep a wooden louisville slugger in your car, besides it only adds like 2 lbs of total weight to the vehicle!
