Don't any of you read Wired? A few months ago, there was a great article on the rise of Small Batch companies. Because 3D printers are becoming something everybody will soon own, you can essentially make anything you want out of plastic down to .2-.3mm resolution. You can get a home desktop 3D printer for like $2k now. The article also talked about how China is soon going to own us... but hey, look what this guy makes:
