painted my super commuter car today

It looks really bad, but 10x better from 20' away. When I sober up I'll paint the door jams, lol.

Take some closeup shots.

R-lips with 6UL's and it'll look better than 90% of the miatas on the road.

I personally dont like all white with a hardtop, looks too much like an egg. What made you go with white? Drunk from lastnight or started early today? lol

I used "rustoleum car" whatever. It would look better with a brush.

I can throw the black hardtop on it, but that would require effort.

God I wish. The best part was the dog knew there was something horribly wrong with its coat and it just looked worried and lethargic until it grew back.

Looks much better than before. If you do the top and windscreen surround black, mask a line and hit the rockers with the black too, IMO.

rustoleum? Dammit. You should have spent an extra $40 and bought boat paint to roll on. Would have come out much better.

Black hardtop. Black r-lip. Graphite wheel paint. Something like this except black out the windsheild surround and rview mirrors too. In other words, copy Rccote!

So you just used the spray cans? My experience with those is that they dry crazy slow. Thinned out roll on dries like 100x faster. Either way, gj on you, looks way better and doesn't have to be perfect. I love the current color of my car but there are spots up close where they didn't do good prep and the paint has flaked off. Nothing like Mineral Grey with sections of Mariner Blue showing.
