Ghetto debt collectors
Local hospital fucked up my billing once again and it has gotten sent to debt collectors...once again. SOOO...I think the balance is around 250 bucks or so and now I'm getting calls from all sorts of Laquisha's and Shanana's trying to get ahold of me.
Can I talk to Chris For what reason? I need to talk to him about something I need to know what that is first before I tell him I can't disclose that information to anyone besides chris Sorry, I really have to know why you need him, it is very important Is this Chris or not Can't tell you that Well I tried to get ahold of him and... How about you go fuck yourself Then the bitch calls back on her private number Yo mama u ignant son of a mich Go fuck yourself laquisha shiniqa jackson So how do I get them to stop calling if I can't trace the number? Or even better, I need better things to say to them. :giggle: |
Tell them he's dead.
|
That shit is hilarious.
|
call the phone company and have them put a trap on the phone line. or is it a cell?
|
They're just doing their job. I do 3rd party collections right now and can't stand people like you.
P.S. I'm white as can be. Pay your shit. |
^^ Do you call ppl on your cell with a private number???
|
Blame the hospital....blame the debt collectors...blame your sister......blame everyone except yourself.
This is the problem with modern America....it's never your fault...just shift the blame! Seriously. It's not like the hospital bills you one time and sends your *ish to collections in like 30-days. That kinda stuff usually takes 90-days. Meaning, in that time, your lazy gonvernment-sapping moronic ass should have taken care of the problem with the hospital directly. Now that the *ish is in collections say goodbye to your credit..... oh wait... given that you're so quick to write them off...you probably have shitty credit and don't care anyway. Good job. |

ima have to agree if you had gotten of your ass and fixed the problem you wouldnt be dealing with it now.
|
if you choose to deal with the collections doods, dont forget to haggle. they bought the debt from the hospital for a lower dollar value than you owed no doubt.

Thanks for trying but no. It has to do with the hospital not processing the claim to my insurance company within the 90 days they have and then when they try to get the money when they realize they forgot to collect it, my insurance company rejects them. Then as the nice people they are, they send it to a collection agency. I'm really glad you aren't always looking for a way to be an asshat. Go suck a fat one. :fawk: Oh and btw, medical collections are in a whole different category whenever it comes to your credit report/score. |
I like to answer the phone, while having loud sex. It's important to not stop have sex being the conversation. Infact, if you can rise the volume of the funkin, and be all out of breath while trying to get rid of them that helps as well.

I'm not surprised that you have debt collectors calling you in any capacity.

As for medical and credit report......yeah... so tell me why when a hospital made a small error and stuck my name on someone's bill and sent it to them and it didn't get paid, it showed up on my credit report just like any other debt that is in collections? All it took was a call to the hospital and the collector and a few papers to verify a couple of things and all was good. It's not hard to do things the right way and not have a 2-year old's attitude. |
When I was in highschool my buddies and I had a telephone book from Athens, TX which is bumfuck country. We'd get it, call people by name, and let them know that we're from Sanger-Harrish (home applicance country store) and you're behind on payments blah blah blah blah "why don't I drive over there and kick your ass?" It was a lot of fun.

Um...yeah, the last time I checked, you can't try to explain a situation to a debt collector.

Dude gtfo, you find a way to stick your pussy in every thread you possibly can. :gtfo: Talked to my insurance, it was another misunderstanding and is all good now. The hospital waited almost 2 years to try and make their claim. |

Amen. I had considered adding that. Once a collection agency gets involved the debtor has avoided/ignored all kinds of phone calls and correspondence in the mail. It costs the company who sends your account to collections money so they don't like doing it. |
To those ragging on the guy...
I've also had experience with something popping up with debt collection agency with 0 notice. Was a billing loop we were not in, medication for doctor visit use only. They screwed stuff up. We were never billed for it in the first place, and eventually the debt collector told us we had 11k owed. They didn't want to hear anything but how we planned on paying that. I told them to F off and went to the hospital and made them talk with insurance again. All fixed after a few rounds of hand holding between insurance and hospital. Boy do I HATE that song and dance. |

Thank you, every once in a while, it actually is the companies fault. I have received ZERO notice about all of this. This was supposed to be taken care of about a year ago when they did this originally. It turns out it was never resolved so the hospital sent it to collectors again. |

Yeah well, clearly you took the adult way of taking care of the situation...not just picking up the phone after it happening "again" and pissing on someone for doing their job. The people calling don't know what is going on, they just get names plopped on their desk and are told to call. Now if you know that the hospital fluckered up, just tell the damn collector some like 'Oh sorry, this has happened before and I need to get in touch with the insurance company and the hospital to take care of this'. Then, get in touch with the right parties and take care of the *ish. No need to act like God damn white trash and piss on the collector for calling you. |

Just wait until Laquisha calls you with an attitude at 8pm at night on your cell, it might be a little different. |

I have a method (well, two, actually) for dealing with telemarketers that amuse me greatly. Method A: Treat the call as though it were phone sex. Ask her what she's wearing, describe the manner in which I am touching myself, describe the acts I would like her to perform, etc. Method B: When the caller asks "is Mr. Perez there?" have a moment of pause, and then in a strained voice, inform the calling party that there was an accident this morning on the freeway, and he was killed by a drunk driver. The kids don't even know yet, wife is a mess, his parents are flying into town tonight and you're just about to head to the airport to pick them up, etc. (I actually brought one woman to tears this way.) This latter one actually grew out of my tiredness with a caller from one particular organization that was very persistently trying to get my grandfather to donate money to some cause or another. (This was about 13 years ago, when I was staying at her house one summer off from college.) I'd previously just been hanging up on 'em, but I finally just told the lady "Listen, Mr. Moore is dead. He's been dead since 1977, and I don't think he's going to rise from the grave and cut you a check just to help whatever cause it is you're interested in. So you guys really need to clean up your database at least once every decade or so, and please, stop calling here." It worked (in that they stopped calling) however the lady on the other end of the phone seemed genuinely shocked and sorrowful. The guy's been gone longer than Elvis, and in the 20 or so years since then we've all pretty much gotten over our grief, but she just seemed really rattled by the experience. |
When I walk in the gym and they ask me for money I be like.

Yeah... collection agencies are nothing...the shit really hits the fan when it's a call directly from an attorney....and then a letter from that attorney. Yeah, been there, done that with it all...and still never just shit on them. |

I used to pretend to be in the middle of toking up and that I was too incapacitated to talk and would be acting all f*ed up. One time the girl on the other end tried to buy weed off of me. Other times I would just pick up, say "hello?" and when I didn't hear anything, I knew it was one of them...so I just start talking about hacking up the body and asking where stuff was and whatnot.....the good telemarketers just hang up...the n00bs will sit and listen. |
Just to clairify, because I think i am missing something:
Its stupid/immature to give shit to a Collector who is calling back on a private line and hurling insults and not following SOP. Its fun/funny/ok to give shit to a marketer who is following SOP. Quite honestly I dont get that. If some bitch is calling to put pressure on me and not following SOP I would feel pretty justified in messing with her. If some marketer is calling once and following SOP and is at least polite I would feel mildly bad about messing with them. Now if they call trying to sell something all the damned time, yeah, that to me is fair game. Some bitch not following SOP and trying to press me out of cash that I dont owe is definitely going to get nowhere, have recorded conversations and get reported to the authorities as happened to those firms up in NY. |
