well i just got that shit checked out by a good shop and it looks like the damage is mostly to the inside ply of the tire right of the bead. The guy says i should be ok as long as long as i dont see a bubble form anytime in the future, due to air getting between the plys. So im still going to pursue retribution but only half heartedly compared to the visceral retribution i was going to seek i gues sams club got lucky. I still have all my receipts etc and pictures of the damage so if anything happens in the future to cause a wreck or whatnot i will sue there asses with a vengance.
