Please tell me you didnt buy a Nissan Cube.

 

Oh hell no. Still have the Miata. I'm actually carpooling in my wife's Cavalier all summer since my internship is close to her, but am using the opportunity to get a few projects done.

Good grief, just got my heart outta my chest. Thought I had pissed someone off enough to start an "I hate that bastard" thread.


NA6C had his hate fetish with the Smart car a while back...mine is for El Cubo Feo.

I found this pic with one behind a "SLOW" sign and thought it was fitting. They're moving roadblocks and ugly to boot.

 

I was worried for a second, I hope no one with enough sense to drive a miata would have any desire for one of those cubes. I saw one driving a few days ago, coming towards me, its just one big windshield. I was horrified.

 

I think the new Cube is awesome... I am considering picking one up as a DD.

 

I actually tend to like stuff like this because it is different. I like classic minis, vw vans, the old international scouts, and stuff like that. Would I buy one? Probably not, but I still kinda like them.

And I loved my old VW vans. I miss them. I had a '65 twenty-one window and a '66 that was white with faded old original hippie flowers on it.

 

Fiat needs to bring ove their 500, it's huge (popularity wise) in Europe. Top gear's reviews of small hatch backs and how fun yet practical they can be always makes me want them.

 

I would love to get the new 500. Nothing wrong with the old minis either, that doesnt make the cube look any better.

 

Now the 500 is a car I WOULD put in my avatar if I owned it.
