Haha, if Trey wasn't on the boards I would only have half as much fun. I encrypted my last post over there to give the details, that way any spies that want flares know where to go.

Manila, the knockoff capital of the world. I have a feeling he has been scared by something knockoff in nature. Maybe his Manilian bride was a knockoff of a women and he discoverd her ***** and vowed to never let a knockoff part in/hurt him again?

It took me a second to find it, but that's funny.

I wish I got a "language warning",but instead one of the mods gave me a temp ban.

It's too bad, there is a number of threads currently going on that I would like to add my 2 cents on.

Oh well, the ban ends in a few days.

Response from vendor...

Congrats for helping the industry... no wonder the JDM shops don't want to produce any new parts anymore.

BTW, for those saying that Tuckin99 are copies of Mazdaspeed, you are right that they are rebranded Mazdaspeed ones, however, Tuckin99 bought the original molds from Mazdaspeed. Also, Tuckin99 made a lot of original parts.

Some of you guys make me laugh, if it was YOUR work that god copied and that you spent tons of hours and money on it, I'm sure you wouldn't feel the same about counterfeit products.

Check out my reply, what a tool

EDIT: Rharris is a god.

More fun:
Quote:
If I hadn't bought and received my flares already, I'd buy yours for $600 more because you are so right. I really didn't know they were knockoffs when I bought them. That was never mentioned over at MT.net in the for sale thread. Buyer beware I guess. But the quality is really good and they fit fantastic when I mocked them up. I'm just trying to figure out what wheels to use with them now that will fill them up the best. It looks like 15s are a little small in that larger opening. I'm thinking 16x10s. Does anyone have experience with tires that will fit that size rim without looking stretched like I couldn't afford the larger size?

I'm a little puzzled about the genetic engineering part you finished with, but I was right with you up until that part.

the people making copies should stay over here because some butt-hurt ------ can call a lawyer if he wants and if not win in court, make a few people's life hell.

Thanks for the bumper, btw.

Well it looks like that ********** revlimiter mod closed the thread.

I love what he said about rharris and jacob300zx.

The quote from revlimiter.

" I'll just come out and say it. rharris is a cheat and attitudes like jacob300zx contribute to the continued dissolution of our beloved hobby. We've had these conversations here a thousand times before and people have chosen sides. The cheapskates will never appreciate what it takes to make an original good or why it's better in the long run for them to support such businesses because they're short sighted and selfish and don't care about anyone else being able to make a living from honest work."

Well... I'm sure they will hate me if I do what I'm thinking about doing to a Garage Vary part. And no, not the front lip. Too much butt-hurt already going on over that getting knocked-off.
