The little guy that will be doing all the work T4 60-1 with a P trim turbine wheel and a .69 housing. Should come on a tad before 4k to help with traction and help me keep the teeth on 3rd gear this time around.

The goals are 300 whp at 10 psi and 400 whp at 20 psi. If www.C2motorsports.net come out with software for larger injectors down the road I will be all set to make 450+ whp fairly easily.

Nope. Even with a large portion of the core being covered it will have intake temps under wraps with ease. Thats without water injection.

This is my 2nd turbo system on this car. I owned a supercharged Vr6 a few years back and the lack of torque makes it much easier to get traction than with a turbo setup. My last turbo on this car made over 15 psi before 3k. If I can end up with 15 psi around 4k I will be happier and should be in decent shape. I am toying with the idea of throwing in some Schrick 268 cams as well to shift the power band upwards.

Here are my buddies boosted Vr6's that I have been involved with. Flipside has done pretty much all the fab.
GT35R, Built 3.0 bottom end, Flipside Intake manifold, SP 263 cams, 034 EFI standalone, Devils Own Progressive System....should do 500 whp pretty easily.

EIP has put out some fast cars for sure. I am actually doing the same style of turbo manifold as them where you use the stock manifolds and hang a y pipe off it to mount the turbo to.

I know next to nothing about VWs. What's up with the intake manifold? It's obvious it's a v6 but the intake manifold looks like it's for a straight.

Are you just lopping off the intake manifold and welding up a tube (4")? I'd considered that for my swap in the future, but know that the ideal way is a chamber that tapers down (similar to an IC endtank). But if it doesn't make that much of a difference...

The manifold is purely for plumbing convenience. Whether it makes or loses power I have no idea. My buddies cars feel fine with them though.

Yeah, one of my uncles was into VDubs, but I heard the same thing you did.

Nice work
