OP of that CR thread, like some of our noobs here, has the reading comprehension of an eggplant. People tell them the correct answer to their question, and they ignore it and keep asking.

Hence, ClubEggplant.

That feeling when you get a new job, or rather a new career, and get to leave your much hated current dead end job. Better hours, better pay, and an actual big company with a ladder to climb and other positions to move around to. Something I can stick with long term, finally. It's like a weight has been lifted off my chest. I was about to have a nervous break down over my current job.

Feels good, man.

I'm getting ready to jump ship on a 13 year career that has pretty much dead-ended, for unknown waters.

If I had enough money I'd hire Joe to follow me around and explain things to me.

Thanks olderguy, and yeah, does feel good. Unknown waters can be good. That's how sailors/explorers found their treasures (and sometimes horrible things too I guess). Good luck to you.

Hmm, must be going around. I'm trying hard not to count my chickens before they come home to roost in one basket, but I think I'm days away from leaving my current job of 8 years for greener pastures.

Congratulations to all of you that are moving on to new things. New is not always better than old, but if old was holding you back...

Same here. I'm 90% sure I've got it, but it's not exactly final just yet. I'm paranoid.

Man, i knew my job was dead end when i started it. I've only been there 3 years and i feel i should of gotten out a year ago. I just am scared of change, and the unknown.

I know i need more experience and credits in my field. At least at 22 i'm better off than literally all of my friends at my age. I'm not jobless, and broke in a city / state that has no jobs and is broke.
