We pay for 12mb Down 1.5mb upload. This morning I've been having to reload pages repeatedly because they keep timing out. Pingtest.net showed 42% and 90% packet loss rate, and couldn't even run the actual ping test. What gives? Should I call my ISP?


At this point I'd been better off tethering to my phone.
