The root of the cause is stress. De-stress and grinding goes away. Easier said then done. Night guard is a band aid, but better than nothing though.

Now that I'm home though and I'm thinking about it, I might pass on the wisdom teeth. I mean, they don't ******* bother me at all, and he did say that it was optional. IDK, I just don't want to have another delay thrown into my schedule if its not necessary. Plus once they gone.....they gone.

On a good note though they said my teeth were great. I was actually surprised because the last time I was at the dentist was at least 5-6 years ago, not to mention I've been smoking for 10 years (70 days since I quit ). Thankfully I only need 1 filling. Not at all what I was planning to hear. lol

Google is awesome. Want to track a UPS package? Just enter the tracking number into the search bar and it recognizes it and takes you straight to the results. No more having to wade through UPS's front page.

I had two of my wizdom teeth removed a couple of years ago. I was on the "I won't have them removed until their causing enough pain that the surgery actually feels good" kick. That's exactly what I did. The one on my lower right came through and broke off...leaving a gaping hole in my mouth. Over time it got worse and worse until there was just a bit of actual tooth exposed. A dull ache came and went for almost a year. Finally it started waking me up at night and that's when I knew it was time for them to come out. I only had the right side removed because the left side hand't come in yet. Well, in the last year the upper left came through and the same thing is happening. The center of the tooth is gone and there is just a jagged crown of tooth back there. I guess some of it broke off and left a nice razor-sharp point to dig into my cheek. It was so sharp that I took a fingernail file to it to get it smoothed down. Yes, I just said that. It's getting a bit of an ache here and there and I'll probably wait until the weather gets shitty in Jan. or Feb. to have the other two taken out.

Hmm. Just broke up with my girlfriend. We got along great, had fun together and were very compatible. Still not exactly sure what has caused me to feel like this needed to happen for the last few weeks. I think I'm just over stressed, and trying to focus as much as I can on getting a career on track. A relationship and the additional stress is not something I need right now. Plus I'm stingy and like having time for myself to do what I want when I want. I guess that is why I stayed single for 6 years. We had only been dating for 3 months or so, so it's not too major I guess. I think we can still be good friends though, we had a lot of fun together before we dated too.

On more fun news... my kidney stone might be finally coming out! Sitting at work earlier I started getting increased sensations from my past 3 week typical "I have to **** really bad" sensation. It's now more of a I have to **** pain with occasional sharp, shooting pains in the dickal area and further up stream. Hard to really pinpoint that kind of pain when it's internal.

Sucks...been there. We used CL to re-home our dog earlier this year since we were NEVER home and the poor thing didn't have much of a life.

Post your pet with a decent re-homing fee, even if you don't really want it. This really helped weed a lot of people out. Anyone that isn't willing to fork over minimal cash at pickup isn't going to spend on the vet either.

We ended up letting Brisco go to a really, really good home. I told them $50 fee but told them to keep it when they showed after vetting them out. She handed the cash to my daughter (was her dog) because she felt so bad.

Additionally, if you are a gmail user and receive an email with a UPS, Fedex, or USPS tracking number in it, gmail automatically puts a link directly to the tracking results page in the right hand margin.

You sound exactly like the dentist! Are you a dentist? lol

I told him that between concrete work slowing down to a halt and my branching off into my own gig has made me the most stressed I've ever been in my life. Not to mention quitting smoking cigarettes and the whole broken hand ordeal I just went through hasn't exactly giving me the most relaxing past 3 months. lol

I'm still not sure what I'm going to do about the wisdom teeth and the guard. I need to think about that some more. Ohh and btw, nice sig Joe.

$6000 speaker wire troll review:
http://www.amazon.com/AudioQuest-K2-...pd_sim_sbs_e_2
choice cuts:
With the help of this cable, I can now experience music the way it's meant to be heard. I find that plugging this directly into my ears helps transmit the cleanest, most pure sound. Make sure you clean your ears out though (with liquefied dark matter, of course), because quality will suffer if your ear-holes aren't sparkly clean.
Like many of the other reviewers here I was skeptical about paying nearly $7,000 for a pair of speaker cables, but after thinking about it long and hard I decided to take the plunge. After meeting with my banker to refinance my home I immediately ordered these and sprung for the expedited shipping. Once they arrived I connected them to my home stereo and decided to test them out with my downloaded copy of Pink Floyds 'The Wall'. At the very first note I realized what a wonderful decision I had made. The rising tone from my speakers began to shift, swinging straight from an auditory signal to a tactile one and then on to the visual. The walls began to glow with the resonance of the music. I then felt a deep rumbling vibration that seemed to be the rending of the very world around me. A shape appeared in the air, shimmering in five dimensions and a hundred million colors for which I have no names. This shape consumed my reality, shattering the world around me in to a billion tiny pieces. I found myself traveling rapidly down a long whit tunnel, with the sound of a rushing river mixing with the music, but the music was still distinct. When I reached the end, I found that I was in a deep crystal cave. I could actually feel the weight of the miles of rock above me. Sitting on a giant crystal lotus was a being of pure pulsating light. He/she/it began to communicate with me using the symbols of the Garden of Eden, pure communication without the distortion of language. This being, which I must call a god for wont of a better term, told me to not listen to compressed mp3s using these cables. It then touched me gently, and I found myself thrust back in to my living room with the world restored to sanity. But I will never forget....
Wanted: Someone to retrieve this item that I dropped when travelling back from the future. This is NOT a joke. You'll get paid after I get the cables back. Must bring your own weapons. Safety not guaranteed. I have only done this once before.
At the recent quote of $6,800 (based on a par value of $8,450) I am recommending a "Buy" on these cables to my current clients. Outstanding market option commitments on this offering suggest potential for strong price growth over the next three fiscal quarters, despite a choppy overall financial climate. However, should the price fall below $6,400 I would get out quickly, and would strongly suggest looking at moving into Sennheiser earbuds instead.

Sooo.... say I was to give up Auto-X and sell my Roadster, do you guys have an idea of what I should ask for it? It's a 1990 Eunos Roadster, no engine in it but it's ready to be re-assembled and it goes with the car. It's got ViS CF hardtop (polycarbonate window with rennenmetal.com Spec brackets), hood and trunk, three sets of Sparco hood pins (still in the package), 15x7 Enkei RPF1's wrapped in 205 RT-615's and a spare set of Mazdaspeed MS-01R 15x7 rims. It's got an Eibach 24mm front and both an Eibach 19mm and a Suspension Techniques 24 or something mm bar for the back. Hmm... what else... Tanabe front upper bar, NRG quick release and a Sparco steering wheel/pedals/shift ****. It's completely stripped, so it's not exactly streetable anymore, although it is registered right now. My turbo setup goes with it as well and everything else that I forgot to mention. Oh, I'm putting in the junky RS*R/Tokico setup as well for when it goes. CenterForce clutch and Fidanza flywheel as well. I can't remember anything else.

Any ideas? Should I be putting on a flame suit for the burning? Ha ha ha. For real, though, insight would be appreciated.
