When I joined the Army I weighed 130lbs at 5'11. I weighed between 150-170lbs my entire deployment. When I hit 170 while deployed that was the most I had ever weighed. The past 2 years I've been at 160. I literally cannot eat enough food. I stuffed my face the past 5 weeks while on a business trip, and hit the gym hard and was surprised to see my weight go up quick with little to no body fat gain. My goal is to stick to 170lbs and try and cut down body fat more without losing too much weight. We shall see if I can maintain it.
On another note, there is a lot of snow right now considering I was just looking out my window in TX.

170 is ideal in my opinion, for someone of your height. I'm a 170 guy... with 15lb of belly. I need to start working out again and lose that belly and get back to my long time average of 165-175.

On a related note my bro only gained 5-10lbs during bootcamp and it seems to be in his right bicep, which is about twice the size of his left. And no, it didn't come from beating off, turns out bootcamp is a boner killer.
Sheesh, now I wonder if I should feel skinny for being 5'11" @ ~150...though I can vary from 156 down to 145 depending on ???? When I was a bit younger, I oculdn't break 145 for the life of me...but alas a job sitting in a cube mon-fri allowed me to break 150.
With that said, I can now also make my announcement that I am now debt free. With my tax refund, I paid off my car and my credit card and stashed a fair amount in my ING account. Now I will take the money I was using for my car loan and dump it directly into my ING..and add a bit on top since I don't have a CC payment to make. My goal is to hit $10k in 2 years in my savings so I can move the fuck out of here.

My sister took me for a spin in the flashed 135. When comparing it to my green car she described the BMW "put you in the seat" feeling as "date rape with a ruffie", the green car "is more like forceful rape...it holds you down and takes you from behind." lol
I've been gaining weight steadily since I've gone back to working for the concrete company. Sitting in front of the computer all day on eBay or rummaging through people's stuff caused me to stay around 150ish, give or take 5lbs. At 6', 150 or below is too low for me.
Working like a beast again and eating everything I can get my hands on, so as of today I'm 165. My goal was 165, so I'm happy with that. I have little to no fat, everything on me is pure raging muscle. So the extra 15 or so pounds looks good.

My 16 additional pounds was muscle. Maybe 1lb of fat, but that is unavoidable when being a BEEFCAKE, unless you are a pro and can plan you day around eating.
