So sometimes when I go to sleep at night, I listen to music. I used to do it every night before I met my GF. I'd throw in some cd's and check out. Well, she doesn't like music playing so now I listen to my mp3 player. I do this when I want to fall asleep fast and have a good sleep...I dunno why, but I sleep better. Well, I started listening to Godspeed You! Black Emperor lately because it ******* rocks. The bad part is, it's ******* with my dreams. I hear the music/monologues in my sleep too. My dreams have gotten all vivid and surreal...I wakeup windering "WTF?". Nothing impossible or sci-fi like. It's hard to describe because not too long after I am awake, I forget all the details.

So the other day I watched Inception...and came to the conclusion that my dreams have been like the parts of the movie when they're 'down deep'...with the houses in middle of the water and the city falling into the ocean. That's the level of strange I have been sleeping to and waking up from. I need to start writing **** down in the morning...

GY!BE songs in particular-
The Dead Flag Blues
Rockets Fall on Rocket Falls
Sleep (ironic?)
Providence
Storm

Al Sharpton is an idiot.

He's gone on record with MSNBC as saying that he's going to press the FCC to revoke Rush Limbaugh's broadcast license. There's only one problem with this: Rush Limbaugh doesn't have a broadcast license.

No talk show host does.

The FCC regulates the radio and television stations that carry syndicated programming, but the actual hosts / producers / etc of the programs themselves are not regulated or licensed in any way. Al Sharpton himself could start up a syndicated talk show tomorrow without any input from the FCC at all- he'd just need to rent some studio space, have an ISDN line (or some other broadcast-grade link) installed, and "sell" his show to affiliate stations.

Tell me you didn't just figure out that Al Sharpton should have been a bloodspot on a tampon...

You can't voice your opinion on federally regulated airwaves...the people would wise up. Shilling only please.

Forbid discontent or envy, prohibit any grief over the betterment of our neighbor's estate, and all inordinate desires to obtain for ourselves, or scheming to wrest for our benefit, anything that is his.

Default sheared cam key

Does anyone know if this is fixable?

This is my exhaust/intake swapped cam.
I had some bad timing that came from no where, so while inspecting I found this. Does anyone know if the key can be replaced? I am afraid of heating it to try and pry it out.

edit: It was caused by cheap *** adjustable cam gear that I had installed for years... worked well all the way up until now.

Try vise grips first. Worst case-grind it flush and drill it out just under the original diameter and collapse it out(drill will probably be slightly off center and take out one side of the pin)

I was reading through the GT5 thread and I realized that a full wheel + pedal set, racing seat and shifter would make that game epic for learning real-world techniques like heel and toe without spending the money for gas, track time and potential damage.

Except it is very tolerant of fuckups, other than shifting too quickly. And a g27 is gonna be a pretty hefty chunk of change anyways. Just my $0.02

Thanks, that seems to be my only option. I am going to have the machinist at my college do it.

So, on the one hand, hurrah WSB AM 750 / FM 95.5.

On the other hand, this means you're the sort of person who listens to Boortz.

Nope. It would be, though, if you were Jewish.
