How (and why) to Ramble on your goat sideways

If the hard top us undamaged, then right there you've got your $750 back. I'd say buy it now, worst case scenario you sell the hard top, lose interest in parting out the car and sell it whole instead. If you want the hard top, selling the car will probably get you your $750 back and you've got a free hard top. If the engine is good, even better.

There are 3 people in line ahead of me to get the car. It also will not be shown off until tomorrow morning when I am at the track. So it looks like I will have to pass on it for now, which sucks. I would have probably sold the HT and parted out the car.

Last night there was a noise downstairs. I listened for a while; didn't hear anything else. Thought the cats had knocked something over, so I let it slide until morning.
Go downstairs this morning to find that the kitchen light (which has been in place for 20 some odd years) has fallen down for no apparent reason. WTF? And it smashed the impossible to replace diffuser into many sharp little pieces. On which I naturally cut myself cleaning up.
Chicken little was right, the sky IS falling.
