Depending on the size, it looks like a clamp you would put around a stove pipe to capture the heat that would normally go up the chimney and radiate it into the room.

Anybody ever dealt with post nasal drip? I got the flu late last week, approximately the 21st or 22nd. Typical symptoms, fever, sore throat and body aches. They passed after 3 or 4 days, but since about day 3 I have had an uncontrollable cough that makes it so I cannot sleep. Since I got sick, I have maybe "slept" an average of 2 hours a night, and most of that is not restful at all. How I'm still up and going, I have no idea. I have a constant tickle in the back of my throat from mucus dripping and I cough almost constantly, sometimes so violently I nearly throw up. This is some miserable ****. My voice is nearly gone from the cough and my chest hurts from all of the violent hacking. It should pass eventually, another week or two maybe. OTC stuff helps a little, but not enough to allow me to get any restful sleep. The coughing is worse when you lay down, so I've tried sleeping sitting up, but that doesn't really help either. Just as I start to doze off, within minutes I start coughing.

Go get a script for real cough syrup. The stuff with codeine. Works wonders, and it pisses me off that you can't get it OTC anymore because some jackass might OD.

I've been dealing with this for the past two months. I go to the doctor and he tells me my lungs are clear. I've had about half a dozen chest x-rays and I've tried a litany of meds. I even stopped smoking because of this ****.

I'm gonna have to kill myself if this **** goes on two months. You found anything that helps ease the cough?

Not really but I've found that sleeping with a female helps me fall asleep. I have HORRIFIC acid reflux and I can't eat tomatoes or cheese anymore. If I stay away from these things, refrain from smoking and drink lots of water, I can get by. I've also just finished school and I've moved out of my fraternity house (it's loaded with asbestos and all kinds of other nasty ****), so I hope that helps.

I'm tired as ****, I'll ttyl abouit it

I never would have thought cheese would cause acid reflex, I thought dairy products where neutralizers.

well holy mind ****-*****, batman!

Reusing a headgasket wasnt the best strategic budget move... lol
Now I have to tear into my car again now that I know there isnt anymore oil in my exhaust, instead its heavy clouds of steam every other stroke.
Time for new one!

On the bright side the engine runs better than ever besides the gasket, made my last head sound like **** compared... I bet my old head was on its way out with the minor sounds it made, now that I realize that with this good head.

After all this head talk, why does my mind want to put my ***** somewhere fun?

Oh yeah, another thing... Anyone here have nostalgic moments where you wanted to play something that you did way back when?

I started playing Arcanum... imo its one of the best RPGs of all time, glitchy as **** and you can royally **** yourself over if you without the game telling you that you are screwed.
After that I loaded up Ultima III in my NES, then when I got bored of that I spent hours in Ultima VII...

I'd like to get a copy of Elder Scrolls: Morrowind. I use to love that game when I was a kid.

Oh dude, my entire family is the same way. They are all super religious fanatics, just so happens that I have never believed in religion. Even after years and years of church and attending private christian school. Of course I could never say anything, I would have been thrown out of the street.

Gotta love computers. The rig I built 7 years ago that cost me over $1000 in parts just sold for a measly 20 bucks, and it still worked perfectly. So it was a little slower than todays computers.
