almost as impressive as the fact that in Washington, D.C. a 5% INCREASE in spending is considered to be a "cut."
As Charles Krauthammer put it "You can "cut the budget" by $100 TRILLION by first proposing to spend that much coating the moon in yogurt and then cancelling the project."
Waiting for Obama's proposal...I'm guessing the above holds true.

The big advantages seemed to be decreased footprint and slightly faster boot times, but once the OS is up and running, they're not doing anything you can't do yourself in the Services panel.
