There's a painfully rich guy on one of the forums who bought an Elise, put a blower on it from Sector 111, claimed it made 400hp (actually made 275whp on a Mustang), blew it up on the track the first day, then spent ~$20k to build a Cosworth engine with another blower...he has <10 hours of seat time in his life. He did not spend money on safety-gear.

Bah. Another cheap BMW with a blown motor on CL. 1995 318 (don't know if it's sedan, coupe, or hatch). $500 or best offer.
