There's a painfully rich guy on one of the forums who bought an Elise, put a blower on it from Sector 111, claimed it made 400hp (actually made 275whp on a Mustang), blew it up on the track the first day, then spent ~$20k to build a Cosworth engine with another blower...he has <10 hours of seat time in his life. He did not spend money on safety-gear.
