That thing turns a 90 and goes down and plugs into some other hose thing below the manifold, or maybe a nipple in the manifold, I think. But to answer your question, yes, its hooked up.

That alternator corrosion looks bad.

Also coolant looks like it is too watered down.

Fuel filter hose clamps are non OEM.

Engine oil cap is turned 90 degrees or the coolant label is damaged and illegible.
