Now you just need to do a little buffing on the rest of the car to get it to match the red of the fender...the door is looking a little more pink....

The paint actually matches pretty good, it does need a good ~~rim~~ wax job. I'm not overly satisfied with the condition of the fender, but it beats the rust, I dunno how he did it, but it looks like 15 ferrel cats attacked the fender and scratched the shit out of it, then the owner preceded to paint right over it. I'd say the fender is a 70 out of 100, where mine, besides the rust was a 92. I guess me and Phil just have differences in what we consider "good shape" :laugh:

If Braineack wasn't an old cat lady... that would totally be his dog/sweater combo.

Honestly I dunno, car was a garaged FL and VA car. It was repainted once before I bought it and it looks like that painted right over the rust, by the amount of gunk that collected behind the fender I assume my gutters are full and the overflow was collecting behind the fender. Last winter the car was buried and when we finally dug it out the hole appeared. The there's no rust on the rest of the car.

Yikes. The paint is just starting to bubble on my car in the same area... Better fix it now..
