God, how can you fail that hard at a burnout on a newer RR???

Saml01 09-19-2012 11:19 AM

I was waiting for him to loop it, but was pleasantly surprised he low sided on a 5mph turn. Verdict, hilarious. Especially people repeatedly trying to stop him.

Reminds me of myself when I'm trying to tie my shoes.

As someone that doesnt have any experience with motorcycles, what exactly is he doing that he shouldnt be doing?

Clos561 09-19-2012 08:52 PM

more than likely he is trying to do a burnout on what looks like a gift since the bike has a bow on it

kw1h 09-19-2012 08:54 PM

He is failing. But more importantly, he is:
1. Far over-revving the engine
2. Not working his front brake properly (If at all from what it looks like)
3. Releasing the throttle as soon as he feels it spin, which causes him to find traction again.

In his defense, and those who have tried this before, holding your front brake while trying to twist a throttle is relatively hard to do.

thanks chris, idk what we would have done without your analysis of the video

I watched this video, finally, and was like "what is going on here? Can this guy seriously not figure out how to do a burnout???"
Also, Thanks for the analysis in post number 9. Seriously though, there is no difficulty in holding the brake while twisting the throttle.
Over reving? Bouncing off the rev limiter while smoking your back tire off is mild...in 1st gear. Guy needs to be in 4th. That's how it's done.

kw1h 09-23-2012 09:06 PM

I was simply replying to Icantthink4155's question. For a beginner, which I think we can all agree he is, holding the break can be a task. Also, there is never a need to hit your rev-limiter when you burnout. Once the tires loses traction, there is no need to continue accelerating.

LMFAO:bowrofl:

That was probably the stupidest thing I've seen all year. What an absolute ass hat. Especially with everyone telling him to stop. He's the kind of person that doesn't listen to people and deserves what happened to him.
