Default Oxygen Sensor

Is there a difference b/t the upstream O2 sensor and the one downstream after the cat?

Can I still use a universal one for the one after the cat?

For some reason, almost every Toyota my family's ever had has bad O2 sensors.

Not a meaningful one.

Yes.

Funny, I just replaced the Bank 1 Forward sensor on an Avalon over the weekend.
