Default i'm in love with a.. Porsche

strippers are great but.. gdamn if the 987 isn't a pile of hot mess:

drove a new one (above car) last nite. not even the S, just a plain jane boxster. gonna go sell some man juice and ***** my *** out to cougars the rest of the year. yesterday marked a new day in my automobile appreciation. japanese tin cans can go get suck a nut. i'm dumpin' my pair of nippon roadsters for that hunk of over-priced German metal.

My buddy bought an old S and it was a solid fun to drive car - I bet it's a riot on the track. Another pal with Viper GTS preferred to take his wife's boxster to track. I need to get my wife one...

flat orange car will be the '08 LE Boxsters:

the yellow car i looked at had the same flat black "S" 18s found the LEs.

i really never subscribed to the "Porsche. there is no substitute". jargon. but **** ME if the howl of the flat6 didn't make me jizz a lil last nite. i think i'm gonna be saying "it's been fun, see you guys later. again" to MT.net soon

My next car, hands down, going to be the mid 90's 993 turbo. Last of the aircooled turbos. If not that then a Cayman.

At least its cheaper then when it was new right

Kinda crazy the 993 goes for 60 when a brand new cayman is around there.

The only thing that keeps me from selling my *** for a Porsche is that I don't know a trustworthy mechanic to work on it, around here.

my concern as well.. cept the yellow car is an '05 w/ 20K mi... warranty ftmfw. And, tihs is a sign from God, a LONG LOST friend of mine just called me last week, apparently he's become a porsche mechanic since i spoke to him 10 years ago...

30K for a car that i've wanted for nearly 10 years... i think it's very reasonable.. now i just gotta call the ins.co. for a rate quote..

Considering the chassis, Boxter good, Cayman bad.

I have a problem with a sloped-back hardtop when I'm driving a mid-engined car. I haven't had anyone tell (show) me how you can access the engine w/o putting the car on a lift and dropping the drive line.

Dead sexy is one thing, maintainability is another...

Miataz, who gives a ****?

A lot of us who hang here know ppl with ferraris, lambos, astons whatever. That doesnt make them ours. A lot of us probably makes more money than you too, (not to say that i do, or do care what you make/have).

Most ppl just choose not to make a fuzz about it, thing is, you look a like dick if you constantly rants about money. You do know that this is things other forum members are no supposed to have to be teaching you? right?

Oh yeah, btw, the boxter is nice , very nice, i could fancy a boxter for my next toy, unless i would go crazy and get a TVR t350 or an ultima GTR.
