Impatient buyers on ebay!!
I haven't had an issue on ebay in YEARS....until today. I sold and shipped the second Audi tonneau cover that I got when I bought my hardtop. It took me a couple days to pack it up and ship it. USPS took it and that was that, just like every fucking thing else I've sold.
Today this fuck makes a claim through Paypal and now they pull $125 from my account. WOW....thanks alot for a fucking email first! Jesus chirst you fuck! :vash: I've had this happen before, not for the same reasons, but each time I won the dispute. Just sucks to go for a 4-5 year run with ZERO problems and then bam.....------ fuck buys from me and now a problem. Just wanted to rant. Now I'm going to go punch someone in the face. :) Vash- |
Did you send the buyer an email saying it will take a couple of days to ship and/or send an email when you shipped it?

We posted it up showing it was signed for and everything. He still insisted he never got it. On the 20th day (final day of any dispute) he even put, "This dispute is going to close today. We couldn't work it out, so I will get my money back" as his last statement before it closed, and Paypal gave him his money back. Some people know how the system is biased towards the buyer, and use that to get shit for free. Just keep saying you never got it and you'll get your money back and to keep whatever you got. |

Maybe I should have sent him an email, your absolutely right. But he could have emailed me about the situation before crying to Paypal. I'm sure it'll all work itself out once he gets the package. But I'm almost certain now he'll leave me negative feedback like the fuck he is. Vash- |
Don't ship without tracking info.

+1
I always update the PayPal payment with the tracking information. It emails the buyer automatically. |
I used to email tracking numbers when I was selling items weekly, but now that I just sell here and there I don't. I even used to put invoices in the box and sign them. I'll probably go back to emailing tracking numbers after this.
I don't know if I mentioned it, but the guy did email me asking for the tracking number after the auction and I sent it right to him. But that was the last I heard of him since then, until Paypal emailed me saying "Dispute". I'm going to phone USPS tomorrow and ask them WTF. Vash- |
Hmmm... this is the second time this week I've linked this thread:
