lol...but the poor slk could probably still catch them.

gospeed81 05-05-2009 12:24 PM

that's actually funny in a real world kinda way.

I'd never drop the top at a light if I drove the krautmobile.

1990miata1.6 05-05-2009 12:26 PM

lol yaa but still manual top will always be the fastest and i have found it is faster then your doing about 30mph let the wind do the work until the back window blows out

Been there, done that...don't advise.

Drunk driving (I know, I know, was young and dumb once too) home from bar in Huntsville, sticking mainly to feeder roads and the national forest...doing about 40-50mph, thought I'd get some fresh air to take some of the alcohol/smoke off my clothes before getting home.

yeah, that worked well, had to explain in the morning why the rear plastic looked like a busted sphincter.

lol i have never had it happen before but its fun to pull up next to the kids in there civic with no ac in the summer and just drop the top. i never get in my car or drive any thing with any form of a drink in me. i rather speed then drink and drive but like they say speed kills

I'm a man of many faults and few regrets, but many of the things I've screwed up and done wrong I wouldn't go back and change even if I could, except the times I drove drunk.

IMO there is nothing dumber or more irresponsible.

That was worth a few laughs, good action.
