Flood damage restorer in NJ, DE, PA, NY?
Hi everyone,
I just picked up a volvo s60r earlier this week as my DD. The passenger window needs a regulator and I think the PO left the window down overnight when it was raining. There was a weird smell in the car and then it got insanely worse when the sun came out. I pulled the carpet expecting to see that insulation stuff that VW uses that smells like crayons to find a layer on water all under the passenger seat and black mold under the carpet. So the carpet is out. I just went to get it registered and inspected (spent maybe an hour tops in the car) and we both feel terrible. It definitely smells weird still and want to employ a professional before I buy a new carpet and possibly seats + headliner.
Do you guys know of a shop that specifically restores flood/water damaged cars in the DE, NJ, NY, or PA area?
Thanks
