One year ago I had the pleasure of spending some time with this tiny little girl. She was one of a litter of 5 from a pregnant cat I rescued at work one evening. She was the runt, and despite her foster parents best efforts to get her to eat and thrive, she didn't make it past 4 days of age. The other 4 are happy and healthy and in good homes now, and momma cat is being cared for by some wonderful fiends of mine who took a pregnant cat in knowing the cost (monetarily and emotionally) that they would bear doing so. I can't be grateful enough to know people like that!
Fly high little one! (You can go cry in a corner now, I know I want to...)

Everyone went to the vet yesterday and we were complemented on having such happy, healthy kitties. Yay! Little ones got their autism injections vaccinations up to snuff and now everyone is on flea and worm control.
Of course, not everyone enjoys the vet.
But she does like watching me use the restroom...

Rabies cause it's the law. that's all i ever do.
my cats are indoor cats, so it doesn't make sense to give them FPV or other flea/heartworm treatments.
you should certainly make sure the kittens do their entire course of deworming.

Mom had worms and fleas when we got her off the streets and she really REALLY wants to be an indoor/outdoor cat so it made sense to do the full spectrum for her and the kids.
One thing we are doing that's a little out of the norm is waiting as long as possible before we spay/neuter. Lots of data out there that says this is helpful going forward.
