That's awesome. It reminds me of playtime episodes with Cammy that get super intense and can last for an hour or more.

My wife took Stinky to the vet yesterday to get the snip-snip. He was NOT a happy camper about being in the carrier on the way to or back from the procedure.

He's doing much better today. Other than the carrier, the worst part has been trying to keep him away from his sister so they don't rough house too much. He's about back to 100% today, but my wife seems to think we need to follow the instructions to the letter and keep him isolated for 2 weeks. I'm not sure that's really needed, because he's a boy, but we'll see.

Someday 2 things will happen: I'll stop taking pics with my phone and he'll hold still so I can get a halfway decent pic. Obviously today is not that day. He's looking rather dapper with his little bow tie.

Stinky and his sister. He's about 10-12lbs and she's probably 5lbs. Also shown: the screen I need to replace

Stinky helping my wife block the scarf thing she knitted. Or so I've been told. He's a helpful little man.

Someday Brainey will learn how the internets work...

It's a picture of a tan-colored cat wearing a soft cone around its neck, with electrical leads of the sort used in ECG/EKG tests attached to its body and held in place with surgical tape. The overall effect is somewhat depressing.

Man that is depressing. I'm going with the latter given his nurturing environment. Our Isabelle was given 6 months with kidney disease and beat that by 6 years.

Yeah I remember you saying that before. Right now he's doing really well, you;d have no clue he has a bad heart. He goes back in for a follow-up on Wed so we get to see how well his heart is holding up on meds.

we have a short trip to NO coming up this weekend and we were thinking we'd have to cancel, but his beta boosters are for dogs and it's a chewable tablet he eats, and his other two we've been able to crush up and mix with some gravy treats. So we can have the in-laws come over twice a day while we are gone and give him his meds. I have no problem jamming them down his throat, but that's a lot of ask of someone else not familiar with the cat.

Kitty denies being a **** in the face of photographic evidence.
