I'm not sure I would have the self control to NOT turn on the faucet at full blast at that point.

Ever seen the video of the cat drinking from the water fountain and the water poring on its head every time it goes in to take a drink? Yup my cat does the exact same thing.

my cat doesnt trust me at the sink anymore for this reason.

triple88a May 15, 2013 04:03 PM

We have 2 cups on the counter at the sink so my cat stopped waiting for water at the sink. Why 2 cups you ask? One is tall, other is short. In other words if it feels like drinking water from the tall cup it drinks from that, if it wants to be lazy and kinda lay down and drink, it drinks from the bowl looking cup.

Lol, not my kitty, is random internets kitty. I have been thinking about and orange and white kitten than a friend of mine found. He's not sure he can keep her. We'll see. Anyway, thread got slow, I figured it needed a bump and had no new Lola content.

Happy kitty is happy to have a lap....would probably make a great friend.

EO2K May 16, 2013 11:14 AM

Seeing that she's in my lap, I would agree to the above. She IS good kitty friend

That's how I got Salvador. Though my friend trapped him in his garage and you had to leather gloves to hold him at first. He eventually tamed down but never lost his wild streak. Any loud noise would send him into the trenches. We did some renovation work and I think the daily noise drove him nuts. One night he got into the second floor where the work was being done and escaped. Never saw him again. :sad2:

I've only seen my cat get stuck only once. It's strong enough to grip with the other paw and pull it self up to unhook. The one time it was on the mesh for the flys and it was just too high for it to regrip.
