I'm going to be in Houston with my GF every weekend...is this a good time to get another street kitty to hang out with my current cat?

Cat **** of MT,
Help me. I'm traveling a bit more now to see my GF on weekends, should I get another kitty? There is a prime candidate stray which my GF can pick-up like a baby. Should I be worried about bringing another wild cat into the house? Feral Polly is my current cat and she's a horrible bitch. She will square up to me and playfully attack. She's pretty territorial. However, the bitch is declawed and so will this next prospect.

What are your thoughts on getting an adult, male stray kitty and hoping they get along? I've toyed with the idea of getting a kitten that my cat can whip and dominate without much fuss. As long as the new cat follows my lead and does exactly what Polly says, she won't get hurt too bad.

Also, if you want a cat or kitty please let me know so I can give away some of these adorable strays.

We have two males now. The older one is about 1.5 years old and the younger is 6 months. Hemi (older) is a fairly easy going snuggler. We were shocked when we brought Bentley home and Hemi hissed at him. We were told to use baby powder on both (helps remove their smell) and that did the trick. Now they can be good buddies or at least Hemi tolerates him.

Yes, feral bitch will chill after a while and learn to let live. One of the cats I have now (which may or may not be somewhat retarded) chased our German Shepherd out of the room the first time they met, now there buddies.
