LOL, I failed to gather from post 1, that this was in regards to a Honda. Ill exit now.

That does make your responses much more reasonable. I wouldn't be asking any of this for a Miata, which actually has good options.

Anyoje have any experiance with BC stuff for longevity and durability/salt resistsnce?

They are apparently clones of the bilstein's internally, one of the few companies that does custom stuff for the Fits actually uses bilstein parts to revalve and rebuild them.

I had BC BR's on my outback for 7 years of daily driving in the salt east coast. They still worked very well up till I sold the car (adjusting valving would still make a noticeable difference i.e. for roadtrips with the wife), survived the rust remarkably well too. Springs were a little rusty in spots but the bodies themselves and the hardware looked good.

Biggest trouble I had was trying to re-adjust the height on mine. Those MFers rusted on so damn hard. But you just put a can of WD40 on them starting on Friday night and by Sunday they are loose and only a few of your knuckles are cut up.

I think they've changed the design somehow so this isn't an issue anymore though. There are tons to choose from though. I don't see the point in limiting yourself to just BC or KW coilovers.
