Parts Express also sells wall mounts at cheaper prices. I cannot believe what some of the retailers want for what amounts to a few bent pieces of sheet metal and some hardware.

Thanks man, awesome site. I was in a rush...until I took a minute to think things through and start adding up prices on paper, then sorting by priority. I'm gonna keep shopping for now. lol

I mean I don't want the TV to just be on the floor one day when I come home, but hundreds of $$$ for a fucking mount seems crazy.

The mounts I've gotten from monoprice have all been beefy.

I'm pretty sure that the walls I've installed them are now substantially stronger by virtue of having monster plates of steel bolted into studs with 3/8" lag bolts.
