Default Got a clogged cat?

I did, figured why not weld up a test pipe for $6 haha.
Dont make fun of my welds i know they are TERRIBLE, only welded maybe 4 times in my life.

Haha thanks man. Those are the pictures i took after i test fitted it. I took it back off and put the actual cat converter heatshields around the test pipe to keep the inspection **** away.

My stock cat is plugged to hell. I should have done what you did months ago, but instead I procrastinate till this summer when I will fab a new exhaust system to replace it. Looks good to me, especially for the price!

So where are the pictures of it with the heatshields on it, thats where the money shot is.
It's just exhaust, the welds might look bad but as long as they hold and don't leak who cares.

yea very true, im letting my camera battey charge it died as i was taking pictures during my test fit. Havent cranked it to hear a sound difference yet either, car still isnt running right and im pretty deadset that its the CAS.


patsmx5-yea man, you should do it haha woke up cut the flanges off the old cat and went to advance got a 2.25 inch piece of pipe cut it to fit and welded it up with a wire welder (not sure of the technical name) haha dont have much experience with it.
