As some of you might know, I own a tiny website development company (www.positiveblue.com) and recently I started to get quiet a bit of projects.
So now I am in need of help. Looking for:

PHP developer
- PHP5 OOP
- PEAR / MDB2 / Smarty
- MySQL
- 2+ years of experience

Flash AS developer
- AS2 (AS3 is a big plus)
- 2+ years of experience

Designer
- knowledge of Adobe products is a must obviously
- 2+ years of experience
- Ajaj (like Ajax but with JSON), YUI
- XHTML, CSS


Pay is allright. Per-project basis. Not a lot of work at this moment but 3 projects are pending.

 

Somehow I would think with that client list you'd have something besides a Miata sitting in your driveway... like a lambo?

well, i do have 07 350z which i bought some time ago brand new

anyways, most of projects i did were not personal but for company i work for full time currently. looking to go full time into this stuff shortly.

 

ahhh... based on the project experience I'd think you could make it. All it takes is the ability to do all the other stuff associated with running business... all the stuff I hate. But I made a similar jump 15 years ago. Buddy of mine did the same last year and he's hiring old coworkers now as freelancers. Good luck.

long story short - made $80k in sales first month, $85k second month, $85k 3rd month. then my partner screwed me over $1k and i told him to keep company and **** off.

my fiance is business / marketing major so she will take care of all routine business **** for me. im just gonna do my coding magic
