Build party??? Calling all S. FLA Miata Guru's!!!!!!
Hey guys, haven't been on in a while..big hello to all!
Reason for this post--I need help...
I bought a 95', did my homework, hunted down parts and bought pretty much everything i need for a pretty sweet 1st time diy turbo setup...
Got quite a bit done, and then things got tight money wise, PLUS found out my wife was pregnant!!
The car's been sitting in my garage for months untouched and probably 70% complete...But I just haven't found the time to put in the work, at least not enough to accomplish anything significant...I'm not lazy, but being inexperienced it takes me 2-3x's longer to do something than most of you probably do.
She's due in late Feb, early March and I desperately need to get THIS baby on the road before the other baby is here!!!
I don't know what kind of support I'd get, but as I don't know many people by me that are into this sort of thing, and know what they are doing, I decided to reach out to the community that helped me get the project started
I was thinking of seeing if a few people might be interested in volunteering some time to help me finish my build? I'm almost certain that with some experienced people lending a hand this could def get done in a weekend, prob in a day! Of course I'd organize it as best I could, and maybe try to bribe you guys with some beer & pizza??? I know it sounds pathetic, but thought it might be worth a shot...I sincerely appreciate any help!
I live (and car is located) in South Miami, FL. Have a big garage to work in, with what I think is a healthy collection of tools...and what I BELIEVE is to be all parts needed (lil things do pop up)...
FYI, I've been out of it for a while, and I'm one of those out of sight out of mind guys, but from what I remember...
-Turbo(gt2560), Mani(Begi), DP(Begi), IC(ebay), Injecters(460cc-rx7), dual feed fuel rail (diy), water lines, oil feed(ss), and oil drain(ss) are INSTALLED. (and prob a few other things that I cant remember)
I got what I think is everything else I need (wbo2, MS, gauges, IC piping, BOV, etc..) at home. I just need help getting it all together and installed PROPERLY. The MS harnesses are already prewired, the IC piping is cut, and my oil drain is drilled/tapped.
I need to install the rest, do things to safeguard (ie: flush oil pan for shavings, heat protection, proper tuning, proper electronic connections, etc), and get her on the road finally...I'm being as honest as I can remember about what needs to be done/ is already done, and if any of you are willing to help, then I'll of course make sure to plan it out well, go over what I have/need with you guys, and make sure that I dont waste anyone's time...

Will anyone lend a hand??

Im in Ft Lauderdale, and I have a buddy who lives in downtown Miami with a turbo miata also. Im pretty busy the next 2 weekends but after that id be more than willing to lend a hand. Im a DIY guy so im sure i could help out. Let me know when you wanna do it. Like I said the next 2 weekends are full but after that im game.

Same as Phil (levnubhin), I am tied up over the next two weekends, but I can make it down after that.
The third weekend would be the 26th and 27th.

I know I gotta be missing some misc things like airfilter/heatshield/etc, but I'm sure I can get all that from now till the 26th.

I will ask him later today, but im sure he will. he's always down when it comes to anything Miata.
If you do it this month im only available on Sundays. Im in the process of moving the business and I have until the end of the month. Come Feb im good Saturdays and Sundays.
