Not on my car though :giggle: Biking used to be one of my favorite activities up until the age of 16 when I got my license . After thinking about it for the past month, I decided to get back into the sport for the fun and exercise....here's the new ride:
Nice bike. My obsession with making the Miata light has carried over to the bike as well. It's incredibly unreflective.

Nice bike. I prefer fixed gear as I seem to get a much better workout, which is why I ride.

It does look like an odd bike, but I really like it.
I used to Mtn Bike a lot, I never could get into road biking.

Its a 2010 Cannondale Bad Boy Disc....its classified as a urban / commuter bike and is on 700c x 28 road slicks now, but unlike most road bikes, the seat stays are wide enough that you can actually slap on some regular 26" knobbies if you want to take it off road (Not that its made for it, but I'm sure it could handle some light off road duty if necessary) The model up from this one actually has a headshock for this purpose, but it was significantly more $ and this was the only Bad Boy Disc left in CT (Yes I called every cannondale dealer in a 100 mi radius, lol) Overall, the way this thing is made, frame and handlebars, your in a pretty comfortable riding position opposed to the conventional crouched road biking position.

I used to only mountain bike and was actually going to buy a mtn bike this time around as well until I thought everything through. Sure, mtn biking is more fun, technical, etc but its a PIA to me to load up everything, drive X miles to the trail, ride, drive X miles back home especially if this is all being done after work. Plus, I don't have many ppl to ride with, so I did'nt really see myself tooling around out in the woods alone, thats no fun. With a road bike, its as easy as just jumping on and riding which makes it convenient, making me more apt to ride. I'd still like to go out on some trails once in a while though.....I better get that second set of wheels lol :giggle:

My specialized is a similar hybrid style (700s, straight bars, discs) but has the normal front fork.

I keep debating getting a commuter, but I don't know if I'd ever ride it. Plus there isn't much room in the garage for it, we've already got 5 bikes plus a car in there :P
