I used to teach snowboarding. That is the term we use when your rear arm is hung out to the side of you, instead of parallel with your torso and your board. Like you have your arm around a girl. You can ride perfectly fine like this, it's just bad form. It usually means your shoulders are not parallel with the board like they should be most the time, unless your cranking into a turn.

I'm just giving you shit though, your stance isn't bad and it could just be that one image that makes it look that way. Hit me up if your in Taos and we'll shred the gnar.

Bah, I've driven up and down parts of the west coast of Mexico and I like Kauai better.

I wish Florida had snow...... and mountains. Oh wait, we have wake boarding and oceans. I'm just kidding. I am jealous of the snow. Except for having to shovel it and scrape the ice off my windshield.

Haha, we don't shovel snow in the mountains, we drive on top of it. The miata is in the garage ;).

Scraping off the window on the other hand, yup.

Red River was good for me.

IMHO if you are a advanced to expert rider there is no option in NM but Taos. There are a ton of other "fun" mountains around, but none of them have the terrain or snow conditions we have here.

Red river can be fun, so can Sipapu, Angelfire, etc. Just doesn't compare though. For me I either ride Taos, or make a trip up to CO and ride wolf creek, telluride, etc.
