I just love that everyone hates breezy.

Is that AKA urban? Or do the cars just look exactly the same (NB, greenish, slammed, eyebrows, expensive ill fitting wheels, etc)?

Wait. An idea is forming.

Ask Tim about MT.net becoming a sponsor of CR. You WOULD actually get your own subforum. And sponsoring CR is a business expense which gets written off at tax time.

hahahaha

To be honest, I have no idea. I've heard that he did AND I've heard that he didn't. The rumors that he DID sell the site were from a while ago. 4 weeks? If he sold it, the new owners aren't showing their faces.

Hell, I considered buying it.

I'm about to hit 3 months without posting on CR.

Is it bad that I quit CR over quitting smoking?

CR is pretty stupid, whether for silly noob posts about the same damn fitment or because "its not like back in the day" (what really is like back in the day?).

But it brings me lulz during work, especially when Brain gets edjumacating on some fools. Like the occupy thread.

I'm not a heavy smoker though....like I didn't have any the past 3 days, but I had 2 today. I have not bought another pack and my next one will only be if someone gives me one here at work. I'll eventually get tired of it.

That's a start at least. Wanting to quit is really what its all about. I tried quitting on like 3 different occasions and those only last a few months at a time.

I don't miss it like I figured I would. When I see people smoking now I'm almost thankful I don't look/smell/breathe like them. Not hating, I know how hard it is to quit. Just happy I finally did and I recommend to all that smoke to try.

Back on topic.

I only go to CR when you guys post something from there. Then sometimes once I'm there I'll browse around, but I never actually go there on my own free will. Not hating, just not my type of crowd.

I post my wisdom over there, so I can expand my following and call upon them when I'm finally ready to unleash my plan to take over the world.

plus, I always try to drop in mt, mfz, and v8m links every now and again. and they provide so much entertainment.

I could never understand why you didn't quit after getting ripped off by it's members. I got burned, so I said the hell with them. Tim did absolutely nothing to the scammers, so I left.

If the new owners refuse to allow that crap, I might consider going back once in a while. I may not be Dr. Miata, but I've been working on cars for 40 years, and I know a lot of tricks.
