This is something I would totally do. I had a gorilla costume and climbed the McDonalds sign one Halloween years ago.

That is a awesome costume man....lol. You should take the miata out with the top down and wear that...I always wish I still had the gorilla suit to rock while driving the miata around.

My local auto-x club has a run every halloween and they give an award to fastest time in costume, it just so happened to be the day after the party, it didn't work out :(
Visibility sucked out of that thing and it got really hot, I almost puked inside it at one point...but it was well worth it, everyone loved it.
