MSM at GRM UTCC

Was browsing the early entry list for this year's UTCC and saw an MSM listed. The driver's name was listed as James Ballenger. Was kinda wondering if he was on MT.net? Anyone know this car?
Interested to see how the car is prepped and how it does.
