edit:3 cell battery blows and craptastic ram. That said I might pick this up. It's between this the MSI Wind and the EeePC 1000H.

Just buy a used Dell D400 from ebay for tuning. Less than $200, very light and portable, quite quick for what it is, dirt cheap parts. And, best of all...a serial port.

yeah, you'll need better ram and more battery when tuning with the ultra-taxing megatune software.
