Artist needed to replicate diploma (Washington DC)


I am looking for an artist who can replicate a lost diploma. This artist should have skills with graphic design and fonts. I have a template and all the information you will need and I can provide the supplies if you need them.

I had this done once before and it turned out terrible-looking! Please contact me only if you think you can do it. It could be a great way to make some easy $$. Please contact me!
