Need Two roommates in a 4/2 house very close to UCF
Since a few people seem to be around the Orlando area I thought I would post this here.
A friend and I are moving into a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house very close to UCF. We are two Junior Engineering majors looking for 2 more responsible roommates to share the house. The house is less than 3 miles to campus by road, and only half a mile by the UCF hiking trail that runs behind the house. Roommates must be clean and financially sound. Rent is $550 including utilities. |
I'm looking to get the hell out of Virginia, find me a job in the area and I'm there, LOL.

split 4 ways? over $2000/month for rent? :jerkit:
Unfortunately we are not talking about splitting up a 4 bedroom house for four equal parties. The price is for your own room including utilities in a good, safe, area close to campus. It is priced to rent quickly and is comparable to other prices in the area.

Do what?
You want your roommates to cover your end? You don't have a set rent for house that you split, each room goes for X dollars. |

He means the houses rent by room, it's $550 per room or so.
You don't have a set rent for house that you split, each room goes for X dollars. Unfortunately even having two other roommates paying $550 each will still have my buddy and I paying around $450 each depending on the power bill (really high since the A/C is run year round). Some of you may argue that it is high, but we have already got payment from one person who thought it was a deal. So now it should say looking for one roommate. |
Well if you guys think that's high...Charlottesville, VA is hard to find a one bedroom or even an EFFICIENCY (studio in other words) for less thn 800-900 a month WITHOUT utilities...and on top of tht the city sucks ass...nothing to do, worst traffic in the state, more cops than normal people...
