ms3? that's a neat car, not a bad choice. my bro had one at 140k and still running just fine and made a silly amount of torque with just a couple bolt ons and tune

Gen 1 no scoop. Gen 2 scoop. The Gen 1 cars got the air to intercooler through a pickup behind the grills like you see many OEMs do for the air intake. |
correct. and judging by the wheels and fascia that's an ms3

Those 17" wheels only came on the Gen 1 MS3, of course they could have been changed. Gen 2 stepped up to a different design in 18" *former 2010 MS3 owner. |
why did i think the gen 1 had a scoop too?
|
Because most bros put a hood from a gen2 on their gen1 |
or maybe: fwd no care?
|
Wooo pre-facelift MS3!

correct, but for a poverty daily I'd assume torquey fail drive is better than lifeless correct drive

Rear engine mount and shifter bracket/bushings will make the car drive approx 286% better. Even new they were terrible, with those miles they are likely trashed if they haven't been replaced yet.

Yup, got a rear motor mount from an electric Focus on the way, along with swaybar brackets and bushings. Once those are done, then I'll re-assess what is next.
