I need to reference a section of the rule book on flywheel scatter shields for a paper I'm writing. Anyone have a copy willing to give me the publisher info, year of publication, a page number for that section, etc so I can cite it? The jerks charge for a copy of the rulebook and I really don't want to buy it since I'm not into drag racing.
