Default when will my diff blow up?

Im bord so I wanted to do a friendly compition! Ok, im running 13 psi of boost with sticky tires on a 1.6 diff. So, who thinks they can guess when it wil blow up! And then ill post here when it does. hahaha

I voted for foreva because I dont have any money...

I never broke mine in 4~5 years that my 92 was turboed, yet I know people that have broken their diffs in stock n/a cars.

clutch dump, prolly like once a week, im going to drag sometime soon when I can get up to atco, prolly wont warm the tires up (LSD doesent LS any more.. no point in warming one tire..)

Ive been running 9psi for like 3 months now, so far so good!

Gotcha. I voted a month. ****, my Torsen only lasted 2 months at 10psi on Azenis..

you are only on a 1.6 diff tho?...wow, how long have you had it...or how long have you been driving it hard?

5 psi for 3 months, 9 psi for 3 months. Ive been lucky I guess haha

Apex, howed the hell you break a torsen at only 10psi? damn lol

id give it about 1-3 months left!
could be wrong tho...wasnt even expecting mine to go at all without a turbo!

Honestly don't know. I think it was a freak thing that probobly wouldn't happen again at that power level.

i have the 1.6 and it has 165000kms, cars still n/a but i drift sometimes, do burnouts, always dump the clutch lol no problems yet

who knows. I think the worse abuse I do to it is when I powershift into 2ed, plus when it spins in 1st and wheel hops. No noises yet... now if I could just get the MS working..
