noise reduction wall treatment for shop (attn Joe Perez)

I'm building a small machine shop for our lab in our office which will be in a high rise. Typical tools will include a small desktop bandsaw and a hand drill. The neighbors might be sensitive to noise. The shop will not share walls with neighbors, but I also don't want the noise to affect the other employees in our office.

So I'm looking into noise mitigation techniques. The shop will be in its own room, and I'm spec'ing the wall construction to have isolated studs like this:

Additionally, I'm looking into noise absorbing panels or curtains to line the walls. I've found these two:

and

We're on a relatively tight budget (company is a startup). Any suggestions?

I figured since Joe has specific sound studio experience, he may have some very useful inputs :)

I worked on nvh r&d work for 2 years, we used a wall with two layers of drywall and fiverglass, an air gap and a second stud with fiverglass bats between them and another two layers of drywall, the biggest issue you will have in a building is the celing space and ac ducts carry sound very well...
