I turned down a second monitor because it's just too much. I'm happy with my one 20" widescreen.

But just to out penis you, I have four $40,000 stereoscopic virtual reality displays in my office. it's roughly the equivalent of eight 100" diagonal 1080p monitors.

I really didn't mean to incite some sort of technology battle, Vash asked how many of us worked on computers at work, and I was trying to convey that I work on 3 computers at once.

Speaking of which, our switchviews are crap. I have to reboot the damn thing every 15 minutes or my mouse goes all screwy and starts closing windows.

If I had to look at a computer screen everyday, and god knows how long everyday.....I don't think I would make it a week before the monitor went out the fuckin window...no matter how big it may be.... :vash:

My brother is some type of network something or other. I'm not sure of his title but he is the top guy where he works. He tried working for my dad when he was my age. After falling of the scaffold and having a piece of rebar go in his back, he started working with computers. My other brother and I like to work with our hands, so we run the jobsites for my dad.

I'm sure the right office job could be dope. But I like the change of scenery, not breathing in everyone else's air, and being able to yell "fuckshit!" when I hit my thumb with the hammer. :)

I watch about 12 monitors at work... I never really counted them. About 5 mainframes, Network Monitors, windows/unix box monitors, and three desktop machines (the ones that are in front of me) and then my laptop... then there is three 40" monitors watching other stuffs... so ha :)

Anyway can we please keep the NSFW stuff labled as NSFW? I'd rather not have fat chick belly buttons eating bottles on any of them.

I can see 33 monitors from where I sit right now. The floor is shaking and there is a strange buzzing sound that I have been listening to all night. It's 5 AM right now, I've been here for 10 hours and have another 2 to go. It is a 60 hour work week but since it started on Saturday and pay weeks go from Mon-Sun I will only get paid for 36 hours of it (i.e. no overtime). And no, it is not a "computer" job.
