His logic was the car with more power will always be slower in the turns, and just a little bit faster on straights. He says the cars would really turn the same lap times or the car with less power would turn quicker times. He also says since the faster car has to brake sooner before the turn to enter at the same speed, then if he's on the brakes then the slower car can pass him.

besides that's what 12" rotors are for.
