Old Winter/Daily driver options

Disclaimer: I am posting in the General BS section so I hope this is an appropriate place.

First question; How many have multiple miatas? Complete or parts cars, doesn't matter just curious.

Second question; How many here would be interested in an awd mazda that shares the 1.8 motor found in most of the miatas?

I ask because I have a spare awd protege that I am putting together and am hoping to eventually sell or trade it. I would love to pick up a miata. The protege community isn't known for having deep pockets, so I am debating whether or not to put in a boosted motor and suspension bits, rare exterior parts ect or just enough to get it going(stock it was pretty boring, sohc 1.8).

Feedback please

I have two Miatas.

I daily drive an NB, it's been great all winter. I'm assuming summertime will be just as enjoyable.

I have multiple miatas. Currently I am at 4. 2 are running, 1 is being built for a chump car, other is in the middle of a blown headgasket being fixed. I might be intersted in trading a miata for an awd protege.

an awd 4 door BP turbo powered protege is a good idea, I say you do it

Thanks for the feedback guys. I wasn't sure how common it was amongst miata owners to have multiples lol. And yah, I will be going forward with putting in my spare turbo motor. I actaully have two of these bad boys. One I am dumping cash in to(probably keeping forever) and the other which I will eventually part with( it gets all the hand me downs). I have a thread in the noob section. I'll update shortly.
