I had that in college. Caused me to get mono, really bad. As in, put me in the hospital bad. Same herpes causes cold sores, eye infections and mono.

Dont tell that to Rick, he's Canadian. That means his hypochondriacness will kick in, he will believe he has Mono and go to the hospital for "free" service.
